So the owner reached out and he offered to come back and re clean the stain for free. It is much better the second time around. The stain lifted more it is not noticeable and the odor is really improved. We're so happy and extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely use him again.

This was my first time doing this for my sectional and i can't ask for a better company to do it. The technician was the technician that came he was helpful and clear about what we needed and was best for our couch.
