Kent Excavating, Paving, and Concrete Washout

Josh personally volunteered time and equipment to help the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank do some follow-up cleanup of our parking lot during an impactful snow and ice storm. He did this as a community service to help restore our operations and commented on how much he enjoyed the chance to help out. It was a great sign of corporate support within the community! Thank you!

Kent Paving's owner (Josh), ops manager (Billy) and the crew were great. The owner came out to the job early morning to introduce himself and check out the job. The the ops manager was on site and the crew did an excellent job. It all went very smoothly. On time, really nice asphalt paving job and very professional. Appreciate the great work at a good price.

Kent has done some work for me in the past. Billy was great to work with. Honest and transparent. You can tell he cares. Billy was my first call now that I need more work done.

They showed up on time and finished the job in the time they said. I would hire this company for future jobs. Billie was site foreman and he answered every question I had making sure I understood every step.

We moved into a new community about a year ago. We called them last summer 2019, and they told us to inform them about the extension when they came back to repave our driveway. When they came out in 2020 to repave our driveway we called and requested for a driveway extension. We were informed by Josh over the phone that they stopped doing extensions now for 2 years, he was rude and unprofessional. A week later our neighbor across the street is getting a driveway extension from Kent Paving. I would never recommend Kent paving and I will let my friends and family know to stay away from this company. The reason why is because customer service and communication should always remain a priority.
