Kent Septic was great to work with! Septic inspections definitely aren’t the most glamorous part of buying a home, but their team made the whole process surprisingly easy (and dare I say… not crappy at all). They explained everything we needed to know in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way without overcomplicating things or leaving us feeling overwhelmed. They were professional, clear, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. For a job that’s usually “out of sight, out of mind,” Kent Septic certainly left us with peace of mind. Highly recommend them for anyone in need of a septic inspection.

We found Kent when we came from out of country. Brad came and used his camera, mapped our leech field, put a riser on.. and found we needed pipes replaced. We got that all done in the fall. Dwayne came out and was super nice and kind as well, the servicing of the tank. However, Brad had to come back out today due to an emergency visit.. He found everything and helped us out. We are very thankful to him.. and Kent Septic. Also, Linda is absolutely amazing.. she helped me out today by getting Brad to my house. I am so thankful for all of you!

Called Kent septic for a septic inspection on our home purchase. Brad came out and did our inspection and was really great to deal with. Unfortunately we didn’t have our septic plans available the first time he came out, and didn’t know our septic was almost 5 feet in the ground so he had to come back after we excavated the top of the tank but he gave us some good pointers and tips. Had to spend more than the standard inspection fee for the amount of digging and 2 visits but we are glad to have it done. Very good company to work with. Already have my first pump out booked with them.

Kevin came out as part of a home inspection to look over the septic system. We were very happy with his work. He did an awesome job explaining how the system worked, what portions he was inspecting, and walking us through how to care for the system moving forward. We'll absolutely be using Kent for future inspections/pumping.

We have used Kent Septic on multiple occasions and have been very impressed with how they work. Both Kevin and Steven went above and beyond to solve a big issue we were having by jetting a main sewer line. Kevin and Steven were extremely clean on the job site and left the place perfectly spotless. They were courteous and treated our customers with care, explaining issues in a polite and professional way. We will be working with Kent Septic again. Thanks guys!
