Ridiculously high fee for Sunday parking.

Easy to find and park. Big deal. The posted rate for over 4 hours was $11. I pulled in around 6pm and left around 9am. $22. Apparently the rate is only valid if the 4 hours occur on the same day. No clarity in that. While local and state politicians should pass a law for pricing clarity, instead they're going to pass bathroom laws. Because 3 people are really concerned. Yeah, I went there

I was visiting Covington for the first time and didn’t understand I would need to use a parking garage. After a series of unfortunate events I reached out for help and Nichole saved the day. The grace and compassion she showed me is such a rarity today. Her supervisor Collin was also such as gracious. In a time where very little empathy is granted, these two helped me out of a serious predicament. Kudos to you both!

It's a parking garage, but if you park near the street your cars going to get dusty. Also there's a couple of abandoned cars there that someone's vandalized with "male parts" and other pretty trashy remarks. I wish they'd do something about, kind of a lowkey eyesore.

Parked here for Bengals opener. Sign said event parking $20. Just as we paid and drove past him realized knowingly overcharged us $5
