Bill Kern is awesome. I had an issue with my water line leaking at the connection to the service from the street, I got his information and called him and essentially 12 hours later he was here, took a look, let me know about how much it would cost and said he would let me know if anything got crazy. It took about 2.5 hours, he kept me informed the entire time and let me know exactly what was going on. When they found the problem he showed it to me, explained what happened and why, then he replaced a section of pipe that had the bad flare connection on it, tested it to make sure everything was good and filled it all back in. Overall Bill and his team are amazing, when you call for a repair like this, it is always stressful and he put me at ease about it and was very reasonable. I would
