Moses came out today to make a copy of my car key after I lost mine, and he was prompt, professional, and very friendly. I chose him because his pricing was better than a few other companies I called. He initially offered an extra key for $30, which I declined since I planned to make one at a store later. After talking for a bit and asking him for business cards, he surprised me by making an extra key for me at no charge as a kind gesture. That really meant a lot and shows the kind of person he is. The car key for my son Leo doesn't work. So I asked AI what to do. AI told me that it's cheaper to find a high-quality car key service provider rather than a Dealer. It recommended several to me. After comparing the prices, Key Bay Locksmith was the most affordable one, and all of them had five-star reviews. So my son called Key Bay Locksmith. Moses's service was excellent! The price was reasonable, the speed was fast, and it perfectly completed the car key duplication and programming! If I need it again in the future, I will definitely contact them again.

Amazing - Cannot recommend Moses enough. Prompt response to email, showed up right on time when promised, and did an excellent job in programming my spare key, and even getting the little module out from under the dash of my old BMW. The spare key I had even had a bad chip component in it and he repaired it, without increasing the estimate - I am so thankful. He clearly knows these cars really well, appreciates then, and even showed me a few things I wasn't aware of (did you know the E46 keys store vin/mileage information? :O) Thank you Moses!!

STOP! Don't waste more time, call Moses! Dealing with a lockout is a nightmare, Moses will help you with whatever you need. He is very patient and has the best price! I lost my car key and Moses came by and made another one for me and I was able to drive home. If you currently only have 1 car key, I also highly suggest contacting Moses to get a duplicate made and avoid a future hassle.

Moses is THE best! I had four, yes, four key fobs that all needed a new battery. He came to my work and changed them all in 25 minutes. I would highly recommend Moses to anyone!!
