Key City Creative Center

What a great place for people to express their creative side or just to make things. Wood working, metal working, painting, crafting, 3d printing, laser engraving, cnc cutting, this place has it all. Even if you don't have the skills to make what you envision, there's a whole family of people willing to spend time helping you out. I absolutely love being a part of this maker's community!

Wished I'd had found this place years ago. A great makers place! Just about every wood working tool you can imagine. Metal shop with a lathe, small mill, grinders and welders. Not quite as well stocked as the wood shop but a great facility with space to work. Craft area, Lazer etcher, sewing area. Just about anything you want to make or create can be done here! Imagine a gym membership where you work on whatever you want with the tools they provide!

Key City provides a safe and educational environment to use tools and bounce ideas off other members to hone your craft. They charge a membership fee but you have access to a surplus of tools, 3d printers, and cbc routing.

A huge asset for Dubuque and still not widely known about. Love watching their Facebook page for all the talent people in our community have. Such a treasure for a local who wants to start a business.

The skills and passion of the members are inspiring. A wonderful creative space for artists and makers.
