Edit-I originally just left a one star rating without a comment. I'm not sure why the price was mentioned as the reason in the response by the owner. My review rating had more to do with lack of transparency and the information given while looking at my issues during the visit. Edit 2- I had to ask multiple times before you told me it was a flat rate. Also transparency was just one part of it. The information given during the walkthrough was the other part of it. I don't know why you keep responding and trying to justify things. Accept the feedback and move on. Have a good day. Final Edit- Because this is getting ridiculous. Bought a new house in Mankato and contacted Key City for electric work. Jason and Jose were quick to come out and troubleshoot the problems. All work was completed quickly and as quoted. Text messaging with appointments and when en route were much appreciated. Pictures of completed work were also nice since I was out of town. I will keep them in my contacts for future needs.

Key City Electric and Home Services did an outstanding job performing the electrical work I requested. They took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish and provided suggestions about how best to meet our needs. Then they proceeded to efficiently accomplish the work. My wife and I were very impressed with how professional the completed project looked--the best looking install we've ever had in our unfinished basement. We would absolutely recommend this company and hope they will be available the next time we need electrical work done.
