Wonderful company. I will refer all of my friends. The office stay is very pleasant to speak to. The young lady on the phone is very sweet. Had Allen repair my unit. The price was reasonable and they had extremely quick response times. I’ve found my forever company.

We had a nasty smell while trying to heat the house during the recent blizzard. They were able to get a technician to come out within an hour of calling. Alan smelled what we were talking about and evaluated our system. He came up with a plan to solve the problem, told us the cost (which was very reasonable) and completed the job quickly. Our heat does not smell anymore and works great. Haley the receptionist that took the phone call was very helpful and courteous. Very impressed with this company. Thank you!

The best price we found after contacting several firms for an estimate on a replacement unit for our home. From the initial visit from David Key where he explained everything regarding the process to Haley in the office who handled our phone questions and billing to the fantastic installation crew of Jaguar, Vince, Alex and Jose we could not be more pleased with the level of service we received from everyone at Key Heating and Cooling. Thank you to Healey and the team for helping us get our AC running cold again! From the first phone call to final repair was only 90 minutes. They quickly identified this issue (bad compressor) and fixed it immediately. Such a relief for what could’ve been a stressful situation.
