I had 12 different keys cut at the menards kiosk and every one worked perfectly. It was a little bit of waiting for keys to complete between 2 to 3 minutes per keys. There's also a neat selection of keys to choose from. The price seems kinda high on specialty keys.

The keys don’t work, and I couldn’t get the refund option to work. After contacting the company, they quickly responded and issued a refund. Thank you!

Key came out really rough edged. Would not open knob or deadbolt. Finally got it to open knob, but even after sanding edges a little, still will not open deadbolt. Very disappointed and glad I only had one copy made.

This place is a fraud. We called to get a door unlocked. They said a tech in our area would contact us. We received a call from a man saying to put a deposit down and they would be on the way. They never showed and when we called him back, the number was disconnected. I called KeyMe back multiple times. They were no help. Someone has clearly hacked into there phones. Can someone please call me? I have sent multiple emails requesting a phone call but they just email back saying your requested has been booked for service. I dont need service. You owe me money. I did what you asked. No response. I'm still waiting for my refund. Can you call me?
