Jordan came out the same day to assess the damage and help me file my insurance claim, which was a huge relief. Rachel handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company and made sure everything that should be covered was covered. She was extremely responsive. I had truss damage, roof damage, gutters, soffit, fascia, a damaged window, and interior issues — and Keyprime coordinated everything. They made sure my home was fully weather-tight for the winter, and once spring came, Scott managed the roof replacement and the rest of the repairs with incredible attention to detail and responsiveness. The house looks fantastic and I would recommend Keyprime!
