Total Comfort Heating & Cooling

I just had a fantastic experience with Total Comfort Heating & Cooling!! I was able to bundle a new boiler with ac splits for a very reasonable price (I gathered 4 quotes). Austin Pysick was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient Comfort Advisor. (I ask a lot of questions.) My priorities are self education & communication style. Out of 4 quotes, Austin heard me loud & clear, his follow through was PERFECTION. The 2 teams worked at my house for 2 days straight. Keith, Isaac, Randy, Jake, and several others (sorry I can't remember everyone!) were on time, curteous, cleaned up, and walked me through all the new equipment. I highly recommend the TC team!!

Total Comfort was great. Our sales rep we worked with, Andy Quirk, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful answering any questions we had. We were able to get a bid and installation same day when they heard our furnace went out in negative temperatures. Our installers- Koua Thao and Andy Patterson were both great as well! They both were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend Total Comfort!

John did a very fine job. He stsrted with an easy to understand explanation of what steps he would take to diagnose our system and folllow-up any needed repairs. John was thorough and detailed in his performance. He noted a couple of things to keep in mind over time to keep our system running at its best. Along with his professionalism, John was also very polite. Great experience.

Total Comfort was able to come out on a short notice and on a weekend, to help my family and I get set up with a new furnace. The whole experience was amazing! Rick was an great person to work with. He explained the situation clearly and shared his concerns about the causes on why the furnace could have gone out. I appreciate that he was able work within my budget and to help me learn more about furnaces. He was also able to get a crew to come out the following Monday to get new furnace installed.
