I had originally booked Deans, but when they called me back they immediately started to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, so I cancelled and called Marks. We had bought a house in Golden Valley recently that had an eclectic plumbing arrangement in he kitchen, definitely out of my comfort zone, so they gave me a couple different options and price points to fit my needs. I had purchased the drain snake service, we thought we resolved it the first time when they did some repair work, but the drain issues came back a few days later. They said if we’re still having problems to give them a call and they would make it right, and that’s absolutely what they did, no questions asked. A human answered the phone quickly, scheduled a service for the next day when it was convenient for me. The tech (Andrew) arrived on time and was friendly, helpful, and gave holistic advice for both business and things I could do. I'll definitely be using Mark's again.

So impressed…called at 7:47 am…work done by noon & great experience. Andrew was helpful & thorough in explaining solutions for shower faucet and a toilet which needed insides & water valve replaced. Will have him back for next round of plumbing work in my old house! Highly recommend.
