Did my pool fence. They are awesome to work with. Showed up when they said they would. Worked with me on adding extra fence and gates. I requested they do 3/4 of the fence and then come back after pool house was in and they said whatever I need they will do. Excellent experience. Thanks Guys.

I received a quote from this company during the last couple of weeks. I had to hound this company to get the quote back to me for putting up a fence. They took days to answer simple questions which is very scary when you are going to be putting a lot of money towards a project like this. They ended up coming in higher than other companies I received quotes from but even if they had been less I would have been hesitant to use them simply because they are incredibly unresponsive. I can only imagine how trying to get an issue resolved after the installation would have gone if one occurred.

I called this company because I wanted to have a fence surrounding my backyard. I called and spoke with someone, didn’t catch the name, and made an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote on the project. NO ONE came to my house for the agreed upon date and time. No one called to explain or to reschedule. I called a few times and no one answered or called back.

I attempted to engage this company for a fence project. After a few unanswered calls, I drove by their shop and talked to one of their installers -- Will Shekleton. He indicated they would definitely be able to work with me. He gave me his card and told me to email him when I had more info about my job, and he said he would come by to scope it out. I did that, but I never heard back from him. I called one more time and left a final voice mail, which was never returned.

Killingly Fence came out within a day of us asking for a quote. They were prompt in getting us the quote. Given the shortage of materials due to COVID they stated that they would do their best to get the fence in a timely manner. We agreed to the contract and the materials were ordered. When we had the rest of the project done and we were ready for the fence, we called and 300 feet of White Vinyl privacy fencing was installed in 4 days. The poles were set and then they came back to install the fence. They were professional, prompt, clean, respectful and did absolutely everything we asked for.
