King Custom Remodeling

I was referred to Rudy, owner and priciple at King Custom Remodeling by a good friend of twenty years. My deck was in diar need of replacement. Rudy came to my house on a Saturday for a consultation. I explained what I had in mind and he listened adding suggestions along the way. Rudy came up with a great design for my unique setting. I received what I knew to be a reasonably and competitive quote. I did not hesitate to move forward with King Custom Remodeling. The project began two weeks later and was completed within one week. The quality and detail of the work was on point. I'm in the trades as well and respect quality work and professionalism. A job well done. Hats off to Rudy and his team. I got a number of quotes before starting this project and Rudy's pricing was fair and his work was excellent. Rudy Reyes, with King Custom Remodeling, did a great job on two decks for me. Rudy completely rebuilt 1 large and 1 small deck, supplying both materials and labor. I was very pleased with the quality of the work as he went above and beyond what was asked. Unfortunately I have to rate this contractor poorly. He started off very well but as time went on he was prompt and work took much longer than he said it would. There are some areas that need to be fixed and after many promises to fix them he has not done so. He does not answer texts or phone leading me to believe he is not a man of his word and anyone that thinks about using him should be cautious because you will have problems with the quality, timeliness and reliability.
