5 stars are not enough to describe the excellent service Chris provides.Our 30 yr old heat pump system went down in the middle of the most recent snow/sleet storm. Contacted Chris and soon as the roads were somewhat passable, he traveled from Powhatan to our home in the Winterpock area.He had the part needed on his truck, and had us up and running within 40 minutes. He explained everything to us in terms we could understand. His rates are very reasonable and his vast HVAC knowledge is invaluable!! Highly recommend Kings Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs.

Came out Sunday morning when we had no heat and diagnosed the problem with our unit. Unfortunately, he did not have the part needed but was here quickly the next day and running again. He has always been polite and professional when his service is needed. Highly recommended.

In this day, when it’s hard to speak to a real person on the phone, how awesome it is to deal directly with the owner of such a OUTSTANDING company! Our HVAC system was replaced 6months ago, & today we had our first 6month free service check up. Our system has been running perfect in the heat and the cold!
