We had water damage that had occurred due to a leaking pipe. Dillan was very prompt and showed up the same day to evaluate and set up a plan to take care of the water damage. He explained the entire process very clearly and was very informative, answering all of our questions in a very professional and respectful manner. He was also incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule. I found the price for the work to be very reasonable and he also provided a contact for someone to repair our drywall. Highly recommended.

We recently saw mold appear on our ceiling in our condo living room. A plumber came out and said there had been water coming in and portions of the ceiling had been replaced before! News to us, but I was very anxious to see what kind of issue we were dealing with. I contacted three businesses that did mold remediation in Richmond and SRS is the only company that responded to my call, and Dillan called within a few hours. He came and quickly assessed the issue and we had a plan to take out a large portion of the ceiling by the next day. Dillan was extremely professional and I had a great deal of trust in what he was telling me.
