Steve and his crew did a fantastic job at one of our customer's home. Our customer was extremely happy with the results while also taking less time than they originally thought. I would recommend PuroClean of Richmond to anyone in need of cleaning services.

During a recent ice storm, we had an ice dam that had caused water to leak into the house and destroy the drywall. I called Puroclean and they were on the job the following day. This greatly mitigated further damage. They kept the equipment running and performed regular checks, as it took over a week for the ice to melt and they wanted to head it off before it caused more damage. Had it been left alone, I have no doubt the entire room would have been ruined. Steve and his crew were responsive, thoughtful and professional. They gave regular updates, so I was never in the dark about how things were progressing. I can't thank them enough.

I hired PuroClean to come out to clean my father’s home after he passed away unexpectedly. There was a lot of biohazard substances that needed to be cleaned as well as basic cleaning in multiple rooms. They took amazing care of his home and were very respectful with his belongings. They communicated with me constantly about what they should trash and what needed to be saved. They even cleaned all of the appliances in the kitchen, which I wasn’t expecting. I don’t live close and was worried some of my father’s valuables might go missing due to dishonest workers but everything was there when I returned. The level of detail they gave while cleaning each room was impeccable. This is a honest, hardworking, reliable and respectful company with amazing workers and I highly recommend them!

We experience a sudden water event on a Saturday morning. I was able to get a plumber to stop the problem, but still had a wet carpet and pad loaded with water. I was able to get in contact with Steve at Puroclean. He came that day, evaluated the situation and provided a quick quote. He worked with my insurance company directly which really made the process easy for us. He was able to save the carpet, which saved a ton of $$. He had a number of pieces of equipment that measured the moisture level in the carpet, walls and wood floor to determine when all was appropriately water free. Great experience. Steve was such a pleasure to work with. He monitored the situation daily and only kept the machines here as long as they were needed. No residual smell or anything!!!!! I would recommend Steve

I could not have been more pleased with their work and support throughout the project. The owner of PuroClean assisted me in working with my insurance agent in getting my claim approved. The owner was with me throughout the project. Including meetings with the claims adjuster and the leak detection company to answer questions and provide input. His team was very diligent in completing the remediation work. They were there to ensue a clean hand off to the rebuild company.
