My garage door broke, and I reached out around 6:30 pm in hopes that I could get it fixed so I could close it for the night. My garage door was repaired and operable again by 8pm! Super quick response time and got the repair done quick. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased with our experience with Jesse. Our garage door was slowly on the outs and I knew we needed to have someone check it out. I reached out to a few companies and many of which wouldn’t even come out until they received a diagnostic fee. That was not the case with Jesse. I was able to show him pictures and he came out within 24 hours… on a Sunday, at no cost. We ultimately needed a new garage door. He made the process simple. He brought samples to us and didn’t try to upsell us. Jesse was honest, clear and concise. As this is a family business I truly felt heard and valued. I also want to note, I know of others who had to get a new door… it was double the cost. Highly recommend!

Our garage door wire pulley snapped off and we weren’t able to use it. We called another local company first and got stood up twice, which was annoying. My husband found Kingdom Garage Doors on Google and tried it. Jesse answered right away even though he was about an hour or two away working. I honestly didn’t expect him to come out the same day, but since we’re both in Liberty Hill, he said he could swing by before heading home. He called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would. He saw what was going on and quoted us an extremely fair price. We didn’t hesitate. He worked quickly and efficiently, fixed the pulley issue, and even did maintenance on our second door to help prevent the same problem. Jesse was very prompt after I reached out. He was extremely polite and walked me through every step of the repair and explained why I was having my issue and how he was gonna deal with it. Overall awesome experience and will continue to do business with this company.
