Melissa was really helpful getting me scheduled for my inspection! She was flexible by communicating by text and phone call. Josh came and did my inspection. He was professional, informative, and personable. He explained the issues with my roof in a clear and concise way. He broke down the various costs for the repair. I did not feel pressured or upcharged in any way. So far, I am impressed with the professionalism and care Kingdom Roofing has given me. I am looking forward to my new roof in the spring!

The previous review is being updated and revised post construction. 8/23/25 I didn’t expect to cry when the roof was finished. But I did. She listened to what was important to me and explained in a way I could understand I'm so glad she was sent as my representative. Victor Segundo is a skilled craftsmen who initially did a roof repair for us, (and our neighbor), then was open to doing other more creative work. We wanted a treehouse for grandkids; he studied the tree, listened to us and then he came up with excellent drawings that fulfilled our dreams and the kids. His price was competitive. He executed the plan beautifully. He is professional who takes pride in his work and his work ethic is excellent. He communicates well and he quickly responds to texts / questions. He has now done 3-4 jobs for us, and no request is too small. (Recently tore out old rotted clothesline and replaced with steel). His small business prepares estimates that are thorough, so there are no surprises with pricing. He takes initiative. Highly recommend him, a rare find.

Josh Reeder came to my house and arrived on time and was very informative and helpful. What I really appreciated was his approach. He actually spent a lot less time talking with me than the other representatives from other companies but he didn't try to sell me any products that I wasn't interested in. He simply answered my questions and gave me the quote for the type of roof that I wanted.

They’re extremely knowledgeable, hard-working they love their job you can tell and I had zero issues. One of their coworkers even picked out the color of my roof, which I love and she loves her job and what person comes home and wants to look at their new roof I highly highly recommend this company. They’re easy to talk to. If you have any issues they’ll take care of it. If so, it was a wonderful experience and we got gutters too😊
