I recently had my refrigerator repaired by Kirk’s Appliance Repair through my AHS plan, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. My fridge was leaking around the water filter area and required a full filter housing assembly replacement. The part was ordered in advance and even delivered to my home before the appointment, which was very convenient. From the first call, Stephanie was friendly, professional, and made the scheduling process easy. On the day of service, Todd, the technician, arrived right on time, explained the repair clearly, and worked with great attention to detail. When he noticed a small piece was missing, he went above and beyond by driving to Home Depot to pick it up so the repair could be completed the same day. Probably the most professional, kind and efficient contractors I have ever worked with. Office staff was great, and repairmen were phenomenal. They cleaned up Sears mess and got the job done correctly and showed up when they said they would. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

My home Warrenty company had you come out to diagnose my ice machine but I told the repair man all that was done. And he still got it wrong. I sent a video to the text showing that the ice machine is still leaking. Does anybody not know what they’re doing? This is the second company that I had come out is the seventh time somebody has came out for my Ice Machine.

Kirk’s Appliance Repair came out to our home earlier today & we couldn’t be more pleased! They hauled away our old dishwasher and installed our new one. The technician even went to a nearby Lowe’s to pick up a part that wasn’t included in our dishwasher package. He was friendly, professional and on time. Scheduling with Kayla via text was super easy as well. We will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend Kirk’s!

This so called appliance technician did not diagnose the problem with my refrigerator correctly, this caused more problem than I started out with. Serviced my refrigerator stated it was fixed, turned the water back on to the line caused more water damage to my floor and ceiling in my basement. Came back the next day wanted to make excuses still, didn’t fix the problem. I was told the problem was a plumbing issue and he would put in a work order with my issuers, that was a lie they said he never contacted them he just closed the work order. I wouldn’t recommend them to fix a kids toy refrigerator. It be your own people that get over on people . Stay away from Kirk appliances LLC.
