Karl Kirsch did a fabulous job restoring our wood floors. They had been randomly “cleaned” by a well-intended visitor. The product had a high gloss/ high sheen finish which did NOT suit our home. The flooring lives in a moist environment and consequently has some cupping. This made the unknown/ mystery “cleaning product” streak every direction across our floors. Add in an abundance of natural light and all we could see was an inconsistent finish that looked sloppy and horrendous. Our living room is the heart and soul of our beloved 1906 home. After several attempts to remove the uninvited top coat, we needed professional help. Karl was contacted. He happily came by to take a look-see. While he didn’t say so, I think he was as disgusted as we were with the condition of the hard wood floor.
