Kitch-Encounters

We were so pleased with our bathroom remodel by Kitch-Encounters. Lance coordinated everything and everyone involved in getting the job done. I was especially pleased with the fact that the crew cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving. All crew members were courteous, conscientious, and skilled. I highly recommend Kitch-Encounters.

We had an awful experience with Kitch-encounters on our recent kitchen remodel. Our coordinator was disorganized and unreliable which resulted in multiple delays/errors throughout the project. The actual work done was excellent, and that is thanks to the subcontractors used. Paul and Dex were wonderful to work with and we appreciate their professionalism. It’s unfortunate that we cannot recommend this company to all our friends and family who are now asking about the beautiful finished product. Based on the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received from Cheryl, we will not be using Kitch-encounters for the rest of our remodeling plans or recommending them.

We just cannot say enough good things about Kitch-Encounters. They were first, very reasonable about the price and, second, during the construction phase they could not have been better. All the different tradesman came when they said they would and it was a problem free project. Our kitchen looks so great and Ellie just loves it. They are a great firm and I encourage you to do business with them.

Another great experience with kitch-encounters. They remodeled two bathrooms for us- full tear downs. Tile, shower, vanity, toilets...everything. Project was completed ahead of schedule and coordination was perfect.

Six years after I had my cabinets were installed Lance at Kitchen Encounters was able to help me match a drawer that needed replacing. Designers Choice sent the new drawer and it matched perfectly. Such great customer service after all those years!
