Kitchen & Bath Design Center

I had purchased a TON of items from Kitchen and Bath Design Center in 2021 when I was remodeling my house. I bought these pop-up sink drains that are so easy to maintain but one of them "froze" up on me and would not move. After trying for a while and not figuring out how to get it working, I took it back to Kitchen and Bath on Bascom. They were VERY helpful. They took it apart for me, told me to soak it in vinegar and water and showed me how to put it back together. But after struggling to get it back together I went back to them and THEY FIXED IT!! I was so happy with their caring service and I didn't have to buy another one. Thank you again at Kitchen and Bath!!

Phenomenal business - excellent products and GREAT service. HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as a first time home renovator and who knew nothing about what I was doing. She was patient and so kind. She helped me select, order and pick out everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was helpful and communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pickup and when we hit a snag on one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, her and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. I bought 2 vanities from Thom Mercurio, the owner of Kitchen & Bath Design Center, and the manufacturer of those vanities changed their manufacturing process, but didn't change their advertising. Thom went out of his way to get me a refund for the entire amount. Thom has been in the industry for years, extremely knowledgeable and beyond reproach as far as honesty.
