Kitchen & Bath Gallery

My husband and I have remodeled our two bathrooms using Kitchen & Bath Gallery, Horseheads, NY. Denna was awesome to work with. She answered many questions my husband had for her. She is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. She is very quick in responding to emails. We borrowed several different samples of countertops, vanity colors, along with shower walls to match with the flooring. We knew the colors we wanted and Denna was very helpful with matching colors. Prices were reasonable and we liked the quality. We would highly recommend Denna. Thank you for everything!

Previously, we had met with three other designers in the area to upgrade our 30 year old kitchen...Denna was the only one who captured our design intent and gave us exactly what we wanted. Pleasant/professional/knowledgeable. Understood our vision and did not try to talk us into things we did not need or want. Patient with us, answered all questions or concerns. We never felt rushed or forced into any decisions. Excellent suggestions, ideas, and material selections. Excellent communications and immediate response. Extremely detailed oriented. Some of the tiles were damaged in shipping and some had factory defects. Denna went through every piece of tile in every single box to ensure that they were all perfect. It was an absolute delight working with Denna! I came in with lots of ideas in my head but no understanding on how to pull them all together. She helped me to pick out everything from the cabinets to the fixtures and even the color paint for the walls. Her experience helped me to have a beautiful kitchen that makes cooking a delight and that I am proud to share with friends and family.

My husband and I took the contractor’s measurements for the bathroom remodel that we had planned to Denna at Kitchen and Bath Gallery. She spent a great deal of uninterrupted time with us to show the items that we would require, educating us on the various products ,including positives and negative aspects , in order to help make the best choices possible. She demonstrated efficiency, organization , professionalism as she quickly followed up with an itemized proposal, then ordered the products and arranged for delivery . It was a very nice experience! Highly recommend!

A great experience working with Denna. We shopped other places but received "big box store" treatment. We knew what we wanted and didn't want. We just couldn't figure out how to put it into the same sq.ft. space. Building on was not an option. We did a complete redo of the kitchen, bath and dining area. The tile shower was the one feature we struggled with, yet Denna came up with a solution for the shower with a solid glass door that swings in and out. Grout that won't need sealing! She figured out how to fit our oversize fridge into the kitchen. The cupboards are amazing. She worked well with our contractors. It all went smooth and we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks Denna
