I normally do not like leaving negative reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad that I feel I have to warn others. I hired Kitchen Image, who also operate under the name Tauland Kitchen & Bath, for basement waterproofing in April 2024. At the time I was searching for a true waterproofing specialist but only came across general contractors. They assured me they had the experience and even claimed to have built houses from the ground up, so I trusted them with the project. The company is run by several brothers, but I only dealt with Tony, Danny, and Jack. I explained very clearly that water was coming in from two corners of the basement. We had our kitchen remodeled about 2 years ago. I regret not writing then to warn others. Danny and his team made everything sound real wonderful including timeline. It was supposed to be a 4-5 week project which lasted 8-9 weeks and many weeks , absolutely no work was being done. We had to constantly call to follow up. When the job was “done” we noticed some things not right like crooked cabinets, poorly installed doors to even parts of crown modeling missing. Then when we called to have Danny come check, it was like we are the crazy ones. They had no more of the crown modeling because “it came from another job and they had nothing left. We just renovated our kitchen and bathroom and stopped by Kitchen Image, where we found everything we needed — cabinets, tiles, countertops, hardware, sinks, shower door, and doors. It was a huge help to have a one-stop shop, and they also took full responsibility for the measurements and installation. The process was easy and stress-free, and we’re very happy with the results.

Great experience. I finished my whole apartment renovation a couple weeks ago with them. Very professional and very communicative. Danny, Lori and Billy at the office were really helpful providing layouts and choices for cabinets, fixtures, tiles and everything. Jack and Tonny always on site with the measurements and taking care of the process of the renovation and explaining everything to you. Strongly recommend and will be my first choice everytime i have a renovation.

I had a great experience with Kitchen Image. I did my kitchen and bathroom renovation some days before and they were very helpful. They provided free layout designs and very useful advices in choosing cabinets, tiles fixtures ect. Jack, Danny and the staff were very professional and very kind. I will definitely recommend them and will choose them everytime.
