Very accommodating a flexible. They were unable to make our originally scheduled meeting because of prior customer's job taking longer than expected, but were very able to come up with a new appointment quickly for the next day. Gave a lot of easy to understand maintenance advice and was very willing to teach and explain things to me with patience.

Kitsap was very responsive when I reached out regarding an issue with our standby generator. They quickly followed up with me and scheduled a service visit within a few days. The mechanic (Nick Howell) was proactive in communicating with me to make sure the appointment would work, what to expect, and also updated me when they had to make a change to the appointment time. Once here - they quickly dove in and serviced the generator. Afterwards, Nick gave me a complete run down of all the work completed and recommendations for the next servicing. These folks are excellent in customer care, professionalism, and technical expertise! Nick and Heather also came out today when the generator reported a battery problem. They replaced the battery and reset the computer so it is ready to go.

This company does not return calls. I did ask the voicemail requested and texted you right away. Thank you for the callback on Monday although I texted and called you on Friday. Your account states that you’re 24 hour emergency service. Maybe that should be edited
