We hired Kitsap Kitchen and Bath to replace our old laminate countertops, update our backsplash, and add some floating shelves in the kitchen. Lacey and Randy were so fun to work with and did a wonderful job managing our project. The quoted timelines and prices were spot on and the different install teams were professional and did a beautiful job. I truly appreciated the extra thought that Lacey put into little details like finding the liners for the edges of the backsplash, and all of the time Randy spent helping me to find the perfect faucet in the exact color that I wanted. It has been a few months now since our project was completed and I can safely say that we are very happy with the results and will definitely be using KBB for future projects!

KK&B did an amazing job! Their staff were professional, and pleasant to work with. The construction crew came in as scheduled, were great about communicating what was going to happen, and cleaned up before they left. Natalie and Randy were on site regularly to check the progress, answer any questions, and made sure we were good with everything. From the moment we went to there showroom and hired them to remodel our kitchen to the finished product everything was done professionally and better than we imagined. We could not have been happier how it turned out, big shout out to Ryan our project lead in keeping us informed everyday of what was going to be done and what time. The attention to detail was tremendous and the construction workers, painters, tile, countertop installers and anyone else used in the project could not have been more professional. I truly wish I had listened to the other reviews about how difficult it is to get an appointment or even reach someone-it has been constant phone tag and an overall disorganized experience. While we do like the countertops and tile we purchased, the process was far from smooth. I also need to share a serious concern: their project manager, Randy, made inappropriate and invasive comments during installation, asked personal questions unrelated to the project, and entered our ADU without permission — all without formally introducing himself. The experience left me uncomfortable and unsettled, and it has now been almost a month with no apology or any kind of response from the company about this, which only reinforced our disappointment. Called kitsap kitchen and bath multiple times and no one picked up. The Google page indicated that they were open until 5 o’clock so we drove an hour and a half down to see them. Three Employees standing outside smoking cigarettes and not willing to help us. Doors are locked while another three people are inside refusing to acknowledge that we’re standing outside. Called the company again and they finally picked up asking us to come back another day. I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. Absolutely embarrassing behavior from a business. Have the professionalism to step outside and have a conversation with your potential customers.
