I hired Eric a few times for jobs at my old house, so I trusted him when I needed a full sewer line replaced. It was a $10k job that my insurance paid for aside from my deductible. He got the job done in the winter, but part of it was coming back in the spring to level out the front yard. It was a mess with big mounds of dirt and our sidewalk had sunk really badly. Erik stopped returning my calls/texts requesting the work to be completed. I trusted that he would finish the job, which is why everything was paid for upfront, but unfortunately he can be added to the list of shady contractors who take your money and run. I now have an absolute mess of a front yard to deal with at 6 months pregnant. We are deeply sorry for ever hiring Eric and paying him in full. Beware!

I used K&K Homeworks for a plumbing job that became a bit more complicated than we'd anticipated. He was quick to come out and took time to listen to my situation (something the other companies I contacted wouldn't). Eric was knowledgeable, professional and fully transparent throughout the entire process. He wasn't trying to sell me on services I didn't need and he did his best to keep cost down without rushing the job. Just a good, honest company through-and-through. I'll be recommending his service any time I can.
