Extremely dissapointed. Poor customer service. Paid a significant amount for help on a plumbing installation and they are unwilling to help me complete my HVAC that one of their current employees did 80% of the work on before completely ghosting me. Really poor customer service and business common sense.

I highly recommend this company. James, my plumber was fantastic and very helpful with all the items I needed done. The office staff is very friendly and a joy to talk to. Thank you guys!

Klaty plumbing has rescued our furnace several times. They are quite busy and get here as soon as they can. Always pleased with their work. Sometimes have to wait a day or more, but we live in the sticks.

Klaty's Plumbing & Heating is the best! They (James especially!) have saved us many times. They know what they are doing! They do a great job and are very reasonably priced.

If I could give 0 stars I would! When I initially called 2 months ago, I was told "he is out in the field and will return your call when he is back...in about 2 weeks". No call, so called back 2.5 weeks later, same message from the lady who answered the call. Waited another 2.5 weeks and still heard nothing, so called back again, same lady, same message. It has been 3 weeks since then and I have yet to get that returned phone call. I realize everyone is busy, but I was only inquiring on a tankless water heater and customer service and such a lack of acknowledgement is unacceptable in my books.
