I haven’t heard anything about their concrete good or bad, but I tried doing a good thing and keeping money somewhat local at the Newberry store. Went in to buy a pair of work boots, didn’t have exactly what I wanted so they said they’d order them. I gave them my contact information, they said they’d be here the next week. Waited a week and a half, never heard back from them. I personally called the store after that and they said they’d check on my order and see if it was in the back and call me back. Gave them a chance, never heard back from them on that either. It’s now been 3-4 weeks since I’ve ordered boots and I haven’t heard anything back about the status of them. Wasted my time, went and got my boots through a different retailer👍
