I had such an amazing experience with Main Street Floral and Gifts that I had to share! I placed an order on May 6th for a Mother’s Day bouquet to be delivered on May 7th. We are located in Washington State, so there’s a three-hour time difference, and at 11:30 AM Michigan time, I found out my mother-in-law would be leaving town on the 8th. I was a bit disappointed, knowing she wouldn’t get to enjoy the flowers for long. I called the shop to see if there was any way to change the order to a potted plant instead, and Jenny, who answered the phone, was so kind and helpful. Although we decided to stick with the original bouquet (since it was already prepared for delivery), Jenny went above and beyond. I wanted to surprise my fiancé and her bridesmaids on their bachelorette trip. I called and they were super helpful in walking me through the whole process. They did an amazing job on the custom basket and flower arrangement. They went above and beyond to help me. Justine was very helpful with making the basket and arrangement. She was very good at keeping the communication open and confirming I liked the basket and arrangement.

Justine did an amazing job putting together a beautiful bouquet. She did it so quickly and the flowers were so pretty, it was exactly what we needed to brighten our loved one’s day! Highly recommend them !

I wish I could give 6 stars! Main street did an AMAZING job on the custom basket that we ordered. They went above and beyond and were so helpful with suggestions and ideas. The owner and her employees are so friendly and talented. I have also received a gift basket from them and it was the best basket I have ever received. You will not be disappointed.

We recently worked with Main Street Floral & Gifts on ordering flowers for our wedding. Sara was great in helping me work out a budget that included the specifics of our order and I have to say my bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. The reason my rating does not reflect that aspect of our experience is due to feeling devastated when I discovered that the hydrangeas & greenery we had ordered for our centerpieces were missing as I had beautiful mason jars decorated with burlap to be filled and used as the centerpieces on our tables. I know this likely sounds rather minor but when you plan your wedding and envision this beautiful added touch, it turns out to be very upsetting to have nothing to decorate our tables with as we were going for simplicity & cl
