I purchased a groupon for their service almost 3 weeks ago. Our appt was last Friday. I mainly purchased because my dryer vent needed unclogged and cleaned, I didn't realize how bad our ducts were. Jeremy showed me the reasons why he was recommending the services he did beyond the groupon. It was definitely an unexpected expense for me, but they definitely worked with us to get our home safe and healthy. I can tell a huge difference in the way our furnace works and the dryer works perfectly again. Our home smells much cleaner as well. This will be a service that I keep up with to ensure that I don't have to deal with the unexpected expenses that come with neglecting it.

Purchased a UV light for their air cleaner system that they state can only be purchased from their company. The day of shipping they confirmed my name and address, a week later the prior homeowner contacted me and stated it was mailed to him in Florida. After several phone calls with the secretary and being told a manager would call me back , which I never received a call back I was informed that I would have to purchase another light, this light cost $49.00 dollars. I checked on line and found the exact make and model light bulb for $25.00. Needless to say they are misleading consumers and it’s extremely unprofessional to do return a call as promised two times.

I purchased a groupon for Kleenrite air duct cleaning service in Cincinnati, OH. Initially I was pretty excited and thought that I had received a pretty good deal. However, my experience with them was not good. I would not recommend using them to my family and friends. Below is a short explanation of my experience with using Kleenrite. They were not clear about the service they were going to perform and the pricing was not clear. When Kleenrite arrived they brought all of their equipment inside and lead serviceman opened up my furnace. He inspected it showing me pictures of the inside of my furnace and causes for concern. I was very pleased with the serviced I received on the 9th of this month. I purchased the GroupOn special and knew I would need to add on to the price because I had 2 main lines and 5 returns. Two people showed up and were very professional. The lead service tech was clear on the cost of the additional services they could perform and explained it to me before they did any work outside of what I had paid up front. There cleaning process was excellent and I could see how clean the vents after completion. They were there about 2 hours and cleaned up upon completion. I was very happy to get it all cleaned for about $300 and if you are over 60yrs ask for the senior citizens discount. Job well done.

I NEVER write reviews...but I am writing one now. This company is beyond terrible and you should avoid working with them. You get tricked with a low price from Groupon offers to find out that right after their "cleaning" they bring you a sheet with all things "you should do". With their great persuasive skills, you end up agreeing to a list of things that totals over $1000. I agreed to some thinking I am doing something necessary and good for my new home; and then the day after their "cleaning" my AC is broken. Now waiting for them to repair their damage. Even if they fix the problem, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
