As a local real estate investor, I have used this company for many years. They are a family run operation with years of knowledge and experience. If you have a high end home you’d be foolish to go anywhere else in Lake Country!

We had Klinks install carpet in a hallway and 2 bedrooms in preparation for my new baby girl arrival. I went in store to look at samples and took some home. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Billing was completely fair. I love our new carpet and the installing guy was there with his son. They were respectful and honest about some adjustments/imperfections of the carpet. Our bed covered the imperfections and we were offered a discount. Very happy and would use them again. I refer my friends all the time.

I do not recommend this company for your flooring needs. They sold me their flooring and had a subcontractor install it. Unfortunately they installed it on an uneven surface making the product warranty null and void. I have contacted the company to try and reach a resolution to no avail. I have buckled and broken vinyl planks after only 2 years.

Friendly and professional family run business. The provided great customer service. The installers were knowledgeable and respectful of our home.

This is the second time we have worked with Klink's Karpets to provide carpeting and flooring for our home. Their prices are competitive and they offer caring and personalized customer service. We definitely will be calling them again in the future for any more carpeting and flooring needs.
