Delivered here Saturday but missed my appointment that was at 9 due to the snow storm. However, the staff here had no issues unload after I checked in at 2pm
EASY TO GET IN N OUT ! Plenty of space for maneuvering! Easy check by window and they will assign DOCK. Once loading completed they will come out to hand out the paper work ! Came at 12:3 pm. for 2 pm appoint and they told me that we shortage of staff and it take little longer for loading. Out by 3:45 pm! No restroom inside the building. Truck stops across the street and next to warehouse ! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IN WAREHOUSE! EARLY CHECK IN POSSIBLE! GOOD LUCK TO ALL MY FELLOW DRIVERS!
1pm appointment turned me away 8am. seems to be busy or no longer take you early. Plan accordingly. Still super nice respectful folks
I got loaded for the second time and they damaged my trailer floor again
It’s the worst experience I had in my six years of trucking, I waited 24 hours to be loaded, shipping office employee has anger issues. I will make sure I will never come to this place again
