Knee's Electrical Service

Chris, came by today 12/17/25 to give an estimate for a new floor outlet. He was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable. He explained the reason for the cost and how he would go about the installation. I was very surprised at how fast he could get this job completed especially during the holidays. I will advise further after the job is completed and I have an idea of the value and quality of the work. Cody and Kadin arrived today 12/18/25 at 9 a.m. they move some furniture and started by deciding the best way to complete the installation of my new floor outlet. Once they had evaluated the cleanest and best option they began working. It took about 21/2 to 3 hours to complete the entire project. I will add a few photos to show the quality of their work. Went with knee's as they listened and provided a generator properly sized for our neighborhood lift station at a good price. Installation was seamless and all of their techs were professional and knowledgeable. Great company, decided to change our maintenance service to knee's for the existing generator on my home also.

Chris was very thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. He helped us not only with the problem we were having, but went above and beyond to help us identify a potential electrical issue which could have been very detrimental. The young men who came were courteous and respectful. They had to work in some of the coldest weather outside. They made us feel welcome in our own home. They explained what they would be doing. As the house got colder from all power being shut off they checked on our comfort and brought an additional heater which they had been using into the room we were in. They cleaned up any mess they may have made because i did not see any sign of them being there. They worked quickly and were very knowledgeable. I had an almost immediate response to my initial inquiry, and was able to get an appointment set up for the next day. Chris came out to check a concern we had with our wiring. He completed a thorough inspection and gave us some great recommendations. We will definitely be using Knee's for any future electrical issues we have.
