Shout out to Knife River for destroying my weeping Norwegian fir tree. Without my permission they cut off several branches on the south side of my tree. Essentially ruined it. Also left unfinished the retaining wall they were to install. Extremely disappointed in the quality of their so called work Gigantic thumbs down to you, Knife River

You've ripped up almost every access point south of king Ave, causing miles of detours. Then you let it sit untouched for weeks at a time only to start ripping something else up. Then you leave that and move on to blocking access to more roads. You haven't fixed or repaired a single road in over six months! You're company is apparently only interested in milking the clock as long as you can at the inconvenience and expense of the people who live here. Your crews just stand around watching one guy pretending to work. You haven't touched mullowney in a month, just left it blocked off so a thousand plus people now need to use a stoplight designed for a dozen. I understand you're trying to rip off the taxpayers for as much money as you possibly can but do you also have to make it as inconven

They have repeatedly blocked off lockwood exits at the busiest time of morning making hundreds of people late for work with out any pre signs to warn us. One time they had both lockwood exits stopped at same timr with traffic backed up for hours. What if any of us had a medical emergency. We sould have died. They also repaved a section of interstate by Billings. When they were done huge piles of tar remained on interstate,sloppy at best. The only reason they have such a large company is because they are backed by mdur derived from MDU.

Last minute project. They were so accommodating squeezing in our delivery. We got the wrong material in one of our loads and they just sent us another of the right stuff right away no charge no guff. The drivers were great. Thanks!

Put a rock through my windsheild. I got a plate number from the truck that caused the damage. They won't acknowledge the damage or even call me back. Very unhappy with how they treat the public. Plate number was S11727
