Knott Mechanical Inc

We just had Knott Mechanical out for the second time this year, this time for a summer AC check. Once again the technician was polite, knowledgeable and honest. We called them for a second opinion after McQuillan Brothers came out and proposed $7,000 of cleaning and maintenance work for a three year old AC unit in a three-year-old house (I guess they took me as a fool...). I'm so glad I called Knott - Timothy cleaned the unit and said all the levels looked great. He also made sure everything looked good inside and was beyond professional. Its no surprise a friend recommended Knott.

At around 7:45 -7:50 a.m., I was going E on 36th Ave in Plymouth to go N on 169 and go to work. 36th was very busy and crowded because all the Rockford Rd ramps are closed. Your driver was going W on 36th St and instead of waiting for space from the New Hope side onto the bridge, he sat, blocking the entrance to the highway because the W side of the bridge had a red light. So, when our green arrow came on, none of us could turn onto the ramp to 169 because your driver was in the middle of it, blocking any of us to access it. When he finally moved, after we had to sit through an entire green arrow and wait for the next cycle, I mouthed at him, "don't block the intersection" to which, he flipped me off. Knott Mechanical is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They were responsive to our needs and their quality of work was excellent. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
