The cellulose insulation in our attic was original to the house - 20 years old . It had decreased in thickness to less than 6 inches and had started to breakdown and cause dust seeping into the house through the can light holes and electrical conduits. Koala came out did an inspection and a free estimate. We got one other estimate that was about 25% more. Koala recommended removal of old cellulose and insulation instillation to 16”. We took their recommendations. Very pleased with the removal and installation. Crew was very knowledgeable and worked constantly. Highly recommend!

Jody came to my house for a consultation where we walked through the attic and discussed the issues I was having. He talked me through all the options and what was necessary vs what I could do for even better heating and cooling. After the consultation, he quickly got me on the books and his technicians showed up at the scheduled time and got the job done quickly in under three hours!!! From start to finish, the project went well. Jody came out to give a quote and was thorough and gave recommendations without being pushy. Once the quote was confirmed, it was scheduled within two days. The crew arrived and handled the job quickly and with no issues. They were kind and handled business. We opted for the additional solar fans with the project. The roofing crew arrived promptly at the provided time, they worked well alongside the insulation crew and were also wrapped up quickly.
