They completed the installation of a vapor barrier under my small home in Cumberland, Virginia, and the quality of the work was excellent. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and what stood out most was how valued I felt as a customer. Even though my project was small, they never treated me like a “small job.” The team took the time to do the work right and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. I would absolutely use them again and confidently recommend them to others.

I had Koala redo the crawl space insulation and vapor barrier and top off the blown in attic insulation. Their representatives were communicative and responsive. Pricing was fair and competitive with a few other contractors I had quote for the job. I’d consider using them again in the future.

UPDATED: Jeff personally contacted my husband and me, and is making it right! Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Koala to others. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Be prepared to spend $ & time for repairs after the crew is gone. The crew did a thorough job of removing the old insulation but left a ton of insulation, metal & plastic pieces, pliers, metal washers etc. in the front yard that took me a while to get out of the grass. Then during the blow-in they stepped on 2 HVAC vents, popping them both thru the ceiling below, one causing damage that still needs to be patched/sanded/ painted. But the costly mistake was the hall light that didn't work after they left. My husband tried to fix but we ended up having to call an electrician to come out to repair the wire
