After struggling with my previous provider I needed to find someone else for my HVAC work. I managed to connect with one of Kodiak's employees, Demetri, who I had known in a previous life. He came out right away, and did a full check of my system and helped me get my failing Wifi thermostat replaced. We had an issue on the exchange of thermostats after he left, as I have a heat pump and a furnace, and he was able to help quickly and easily walk me through what needed to be changed. I would recommend this company!

Hired company to install new furnace. This company doesn’t know how to correctly install a brand new furnace. They installed incorrectly and have come out twice to fix and now are refusing to fix. I am thinking they don’t know how. Two other reputable contractors have been out to give quotes to fix and are shocked by the installation. Going to cost me 1400 to fix a brand new furnace.
