KOHLER Store by Studio41

We worked with Studio 41 related to a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They were recommended by the design and build firm we hired. As part of this project, we worked exclusively with Erin Di Sandro as our sales representative. Studio 41 provided most of our products to complete the remodel, including under mount sinks, faucets and drains, shower controllers and sprays, standalone bathtub, bath filler, toilets, towel warmers (so happy we got these!), and decorative mirrors with recessed cabinets. We were drawn to Studio 41 based on the incredible breadth of their product offerings and their ability to be a “one stop shop” to fulfill most of our product needs. Their store was amazing! We delt with Paul regarding a new bathtub and fixatures for our bathroom remodel , he is very knowledgeable and helpful, also they have better pricing then Ferguson which was a total opposite experience, I would recommend going to Kohler and talk to Paul

Fantastic Experience! My wife and I consulted with Kristin Holthouse on our bathroom remodel and we both were very impressed on how much great advice and initiative Kristin demonstrated to us! Thank you for assisting us during this process and showing us so many great possibilities that compliment our vanity faucet design that we love! Pretentious. My wife and I stopped in after driving past dozens of times to see vanity mirror options (remodeling our home). Wow, these people. While not directly rude, the air of pretentiousness is thick here. Nice showroom, but employees are barely helpful. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Customer service is bad. Also the quality of product is not top notch . Their representatives have too much attitude. Toto brand simply blows Kohler out for its quality. Toto all the way.
