Brian was amazing. I called to have my pond cleaned. He gave me an appointment within 2 weeks. He showed up on time, gave us a reasonable estimate, and went to work immediately. The pond came out fantastic. So clean! He was polite and respectful, he took great care of our fish and put everything back in order.

Brian did a fantastic job helping me kill a lot of algae in a koi pond/waterfall we had taken on as renters. He came highly recommended. He responded quickly, scheduled a rapid appt with us, and helped us to understand how he could solve the algae challenge. He has been very friendly to work with and we were grateful with how our pond/waterfall looked like after his intervention. We highly recommend Brian and Koi Kountry.

These are the nicest people! I miss this hobby so much. If you’re looking for Koi with great genetics this is the place to find them. They are full of knowledge and so helpful! Always great conversation and beautiful Koi! If I can ever get back into this I will be going back.
