We have used Koller for servicing our septic system for almost 25 years. We were so happy with them, that we decided to have them put in our new septic system a few weeks ago. We have been with this company since 1998. They've been awesome! They worked with us when we were down on our luck. If we have a problem, all we have to do is pick up the phone, and they are here within 24 hours. Thank you, Tom Koller and crew, for many years of service.

If you want to be sure you’re getting your septic care you need. Do not pay a year in advance. They will forget about you since they’re already paid for the job. I hardly see them or get notice my septic is being checked when it’s due for checking. I also paid extra for the treatment. I requested a receipt that I paid in full. At the time of payment. I still have not received it. The reason I wanted one. Is because the year before I paid for a year service up front. At the time to renew service. They said I had an outstanding bill for 80.00 for My quarterly payment. Unfortunately I didn’t have proof I paid in full for that year.

I was a customer for almost 20 years and rarely had issues with them. I think the granddaughter, Crystal, started helping in the office and she is extremely rude. I complained to the owner about her and he was very apologetic but nothing changed. We needed repairs and they would not work with me on setting up a time that worked for both parties. Having to deal with Crystal in the office was a nightmare and she is very unprofessional. I tried to speak to the owner and she hung up on my several times, when I tried to leave him a message to call me back. Office staff is very unprofessional and rude, and I only started having issues with them after they brought in new family staff. I finally terminated my contract with them.

We have used this company for about 20 years and they are wonderful, I have no complaints of them, they are always on time and let you know exactly what your septic system needs, or come out and get the repairs done quick, and are extremely affordable... Thank you for your service!!!!
