Mark was the first reliable pool cleaner I came across on the Big Island! He even came on weekends to fix the problem of a VRBO guest breaking the robot cleaner and the pool turning green before my next Airbnb guests arrived. He is a nice person, very kind and thoughtful, and he keeps your pools clean :)
Mark does an excellent job on our pool. Always communicates, is knowledgeable, responds to needs outside regular weekly maintenance. We have been very satisfied with the service.
He knows his job but is completely unreliable . Avoid at all cost despite his knowledge.
