We hired Koreman Landscape for our backyard walkway project. Paul was very helpful and easy to work with. The work was completed in a reasonable timeframe and we are very pleased with the results. I would definetly hire Koreman Landscape again.

I love my new landscaping! Not being a gardener myself, I relied completely on Paul's suggestions and advice based on my request for low maintenance but colorful summer blooms and some greenery throughout winter. I prefer a “natural” vs. highly manicured look and am extremely happy with the outcome. The landscaping was installed outside my townhome in late April and it has been a complete joy to watch everything slowly come into bloom as summer has evolved. The star of the show is the gorgeous hibiscus and its placement couldn’t be more perfect. Paul was responsive, patient with my many questions, really knowledgeable (about selection, placement, soil, maintenance, etc) and his installation staff were efficient and professional. Working with Koreman landscape was a great decision. We had a beautiful flagstone walkway put in from the front to backyard and it looks amazing. We also had some grass repair and lawn leveling that needed to be done, along with installing mulch and cleaning up some planting areas. The crew did an amazing job and they always make sure to clean up after themselves, which is appreciated. We also use Koreman for weekly lawn maintnance and fertilization and we are very happy with that as well.

Problems started right after signing the contract. We were shown 2 type⁴s of stone while signing the contract we chose 1 of them and paid 25% deposit. 2 days later we got another estimate with 6k added for stone upgrade. They started the work very fast (the only good thing that happened on this project). The patio area was made smaller when what we agreed in the beginning. They never made any sort of base under patio. The just laid landscaping fabric and added 1 inch of small gravel for leveling flagstones. Spoke to Paul about the base and was told that this base is good enough (remains to be seen). We were promised 50% of large flagstones 30"-45" and 50% medium flagstones18"-30". What we got was a bunch of fist size stones next to the larger stones. We told Paul that is unacceptable
