KOS crew did an amazing job with what turned out to be a huge job cleaning all of the duct work in our home after we refinished the floors in our house. The job took longer than originally anticipated but they stayed until the bitter end to get it all done professionally and thoroughly. They were also thoughtful with protecting for our newly finished floors and worked around all of the access obstacles. Will definitely use again for other services as well.

I cannot even begin to describe how EXCELLENT this company is! From my initial frenzied call (it was me, I was in a frenzy). Brianna answered the phone and was very informative and professional, put me at ease. Said Rob would be by to check out the property by 12:15 pm, he arrived early and was just as professional and informative as Brianna. This was a Friday at noon and by 4:30pm they completed the job!!! Better than I ever expected!!!!!! I recommend The King Of Steam. I am planning on hiring them again to steam clean the inside of my home.

KOS Restoration was fantastic to work with. After my basement flooded from a broken pipe, their team responded quickly, removed all the wet materials, and thoroughly dried the structure. They were professional, efficient, and very reassuring during a stressful situation. Highly recommend KOS Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage.

Very nice guys. Showed up on time. Did their best to work clean. Took before and after pics. Using the 0% financing was easy. I would recommend them for duct cleaning.

Tom and his team went above and beyond. Dealing with anything related to mold is miserable but their crew was very communicative and thorough to make the best of an unfortunate circumstance. Very professional and willing to answer any and all questions. They also made sure my family and I were safe during the process.
