This guy left my 2 elderly parents trapped in their house during a snowstorm. I was out of town and searched all day for someone to help clear my parents driveways since I was away, and I know that even though they are 88 and 78 they would get out there and try to shovel snow and most likely hurt themselves. Made an appt for him to come twice and nothing. This guy gave no phone call, no texts, no nothing and just flaked on us. Don't use this guy if you want someone thats reliable or if you care about your loved ones. The funny thing is if he had done a good job he would have tripled business because of my pretty large social media followings on other platforms, I would have posted how good he did. Now I have to start posting the opposite. smh.

Russ and company were great. Had him put down mulch and cut down sticker bushes. Did a very good job with both. He has fair prices and is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend him.
