I was dreading getting our new windows installed. I never had new windows installed before and figured the entire process would be a mess!! Mostly in February. I was worried about my newly painted walls and white window trim. I was 210% wrong!!! The entire process was a dream! The installers, Lance and Connor did an outstanding job. They were super polite, personable and took great care of our house inside and out. They first covered our floors with pads to walk on. They would put a window in, then vacuum up debris right away. Seriously, there is no dust, nicked walls or trim to paint. They left nothing behind but beautiful windows. The owner, Ryan Kotch is also very polite, easy going and knowledgeable. Search no more, this is the window company you want to do business with! This is the second time we have done business with Kotch's Windows. The first time we had to replace a very large bow window in our living room. There's a reason you return to a business, and this local and family-owned business takes great care of their customers.
