Came and gave an estimate and agreed to have our popcorn ceilings removed. Had a date set and was delayed as they said they were running over on another job. Were supposed to come out the next day and said that the son of the people they were working for was exposed to Covid and that they had to quarantine for a week. The following week they didn’t show up and said they were waiting for test results and would be over the next day. Lo and behold I get a call that morning saying they would not be able to do the job after all as they found out that they don’t have insurance as it wasn’t being taken out of their checking account. Who runs a business like this and what kind of business doesn’t know if they have insurance or not!! 😡😡😡
